- Account & contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, and similar information you provide when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
- Billing information: payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications: messages, support requests, and other content you send to us.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data (for example, via Google Analytics).
- Cookies & similar technologies: used to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Information you process through the Services ("Customer Data")
When you use LeadExploder to communicate with and manage your own customers and leads, you may upload or generate information about those individuals (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, call records, and message history). We process this Customer Data on your behalf as a service provider/processor. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and message those individuals.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- Respond to demo requests, inquiries, and support;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Send service, transactional, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. SMS, calls, and messaging
By providing your phone number or opting in, you consent to receive service-related and marketing text messages from LeadExploder. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with vetted service providers strictly to deliver the messaging you have requested.
When you use the Services to send messages to your own contacts, you are solely responsible for obtaining the consents required by applicable law (including the TCPA and carrier/A2P 10DLC requirements) and for honoring opt-out requests.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: communications and CRM infrastructure, telephony/SMS carriers, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and payment processing, acting on our instructions.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction: integrations you choose to connect.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is retained according to your account settings and instructions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe via the link in emails or reply STOP to texts.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- EEA/UK (GDPR): where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases include contract, consent, and legitimate interests.
